Welcome to Upwards Dental! Your first visit with us is a crucial step in building a strong foundation for our relationship. We understand the importance of gathering all necessary information, which is why we take the time to learn about your medical history and give you an opportunity to connect with your doctor. Our dedicated team will carefully listen to your concerns and tailor a personalized treatment plan just for you. During this initial appointment, we will conduct a thorough examination that includes obtaining X-rays, charting existing dental work, measuring gum health, and performing an oral exam to determine what type of cleaning is needed. Please set aside 90 to 120 minutes for this comprehensive visit as we focus on meeting your specific dental needs.
